The newly remodeled buffet is now open for business.  And, to go along with the new look, a new name....The Longhouse Buffet.  Throughout the Tribe's history, The Longhouse has been known as a place to gather with friends and family to dine.  The new buffet has a beautiful new interior with lots of stonework, beautiful art pieces and a working fireplace.
The new buffet will offer the best of classic America Cuisine...traditional buffet favorites have been enhanced and American barbecue smoked to perfection will now be available on the new buffet line.  Dim sum steamer baskets have been added to the Asian section so that guest can enjoy steamed dumplings along with other enticing Asian selections.  The new salad bar will feature 21 different options to dress your salad greens.  The new dessert station includes an oven and fresh baked cookies will be offered all day.  We have also added an ice cream dispenser serving not only classic vanilla but Mocha Chocolate Chunk, Chocolate Covered Raspberrry and Mint Chocolate Chip as well.
The Longhouse Buffet is committed to providing freshly made, appetizing and appealing food served with a genuine spirit of hospitably and welcome.
