Emperors-challenge

"Emperor's Challenge Pai Gow Poker" is a variation of traditional Pai Gow Poker but with two unique side bet variations.
The first variation to traditional Pai Gow Poker is an optional wager, known as "Emperor's Treasure," which is available to each Player to make before play begins.  The Emperor's Treasure bet is independent of the primary bet.  A Player can win on one and lose on the other.  The Player wins their Emperor's Treasure bet if they have achieved a pre-defined hand ranking according to a posted pay-table.
The second variation to traditional Pai Gow Poker is an optional wager, known as "Pai Gow Insurance", which is available to each Player to make before play begins.  The Pai Gow Insurance bet is independent of the primary bet and the Emperor's Treasure bet.  A Player can win on one and lose on the other.  The Player wins their Pai Gow Insurance bet if they have achieved a pre-defined hand ranking according to a posted pay-table.
You must play the Pai Gow Poker portion of the game in order to play the "Emperor's Treasure" or the "Pai Gow Insurance" side bet.  "Emperor's Treasure" or "Pai Gow Insurance" wagers may be larger than the Pow Gow Poker bet.
Pai Gow hands are "set" into the best possible combination of a 2-card and 5-card poker hand.  Players will arrange their cards setting the 2-card hand in front and the 5-card hand in back.  The 5-card hand (back hand) must be higher in rank than the front hand.  Hands set incorrectly are automatic losers.  No discussion of hands is allowed while you are "setting" your hand.  You may ask the dealer for assistance.
